RETURN & REFUND POLICY – LUMORA

At Lumora, we value quality and customer satisfaction. Please review our return policy below.

  1. BRAZIL (LOCAL ORDERS)
    For orders delivered within Brazil, customers have the right to request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (CDC).

  2. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (INCLUDING EUROPEAN UNION)
    For international orders, including customers located in the European Union, returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  3. RETURN CONDITIONS
    To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All tags must be attached

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  1. RETURN PROCESS
    To initiate a return, the customer must:

  • Contact us before sending the item

  • Provide details about the return request

  • Wait for return instructions

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  1. RETURN SHIPPING

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method

  • Lumora is not responsible for lost returns

  1. REFUNDS
    Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

  2. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

  • Items returned without prior contact

  • Items used or damaged by the customer
