BRAZIL (LOCAL ORDERS)
For orders delivered within Brazil, customers have the right to request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (CDC). -
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (INCLUDING EUROPEAN UNION)
For international orders, including customers located in the European Union, returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery. -
RETURN CONDITIONS
